1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

We strive to process and dispatch all standard orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays).

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 2:00 PM EST on business days will be queue-processed on the following business day. During peak promotional periods, product launches, or seasonal holidays, order processing may take up to an additional 2 business days. Once your package is sealed and scanned by our carrier partner, an automated shipping confirmation email complete with tracking details will be dispatched to your inbox.

2. Domestic Shipping Options & Delivery Rates

We offer standard and expedited domestic shipping across the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on total weight, package dimensions, and final destination.

Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days): FREE on all domestic orders totaling $50.00 or more. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $50.00.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Flat rate of $14.99 available at checkout for priority transit.
Overnight Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): Flat rate of $29.99 for urgent delivery services.

3. Track Your Order

Staying informed about your delivery status is straightforward. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing a dedicated tracking number and direct carrier portal link will be emailed to you.

You can track real-time progress at any time by visiting our dedicated Track Your Order page, or by signing into your registered profile under My Account to review full historical order statuses and courier notes.

4. Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS)

For customers located near our retail storefronts or authorized fulfillment centers, we offer a complimentary Buy Online, Pick Up In Store service.

Select the “Store Pickup” option during online checkout and choose your preferred local storefront location.
Allow up to 24 hours for store staff to assemble your items. Please wait until you receive an explicit “Ready for Pickup” notification email before traveling to the store.
To retrieve your order, present your order confirmation email along with a valid government-issued photo ID at the pickup counter.

5. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your items, VOOVA & MOVAS accepts returns and exchange requests within 30 days from the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange under our 30-day policy, items must meet the following criteria:

Items must be returned within the strict 30-day window following delivery.
Products must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free of dirt, pet hair, or fragrance.
Items must remain in their original condition with all brand tags, product packaging, and protective inserts attached.
Proof of purchase (order number, sales receipt, or account confirmation) is required for processing.

Hygiene Exception Note: Due to strict health, hygiene, and sanitary standards governing personal textiles, any cotton bath towels, baby towels, or bathrobes that have been washed, used, or removed from original hygienic seals cannot be accepted for return or refund unless verified as defective by our quality team.

6. How to Initiate a Return & Refund Processing

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps to send your qualifying items back to our warehouse:

Navigate to our Returns Portal and input your order number and email address.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason for your request.
Print the generated pre-paid return shipping label and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Drop off the sealed package at any authorized carrier drop-off point.

Refund Processing: Once received at our warehouse, returns are inspected within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit to reflect on your account statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. International Shipping & International Returns

VOOVA & MOVAS proudly delivers internationally to over 50 countries worldwide. International transit times typically range from 7 to 14 business days depending on destination customs protocols and postal handling speed.

Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are collected upon delivery by the carrier.

International Returns & Exceptions: International customers are eligible for our 30-day return policy; however, international return shipping expenses, customs clearance charges, and duties are non-refundable and must be prepaid by the sender.

8. Address Errors, Undeliverable Packages & Delays

Please verify all shipping information, address lines, and suite/apartment numbers prior to confirming your purchase. VOOVA & MOVAS is not responsible for misrouted or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided during checkout.

If a package is returned to our distribution facility as undeliverable due to invalid address details or refused customs payments, return shipping fees assessed by the carrier will be deducted from your final product refund.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

We carefully inspect all home textiles prior to shipment. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged during transit or contains defective merchandise:

Contact our customer care team within 48 hours of package delivery at support@vmtowels.com.
Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of both the outer shipping box and damaged items.
Upon inspection approval, we will issue a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
