Accessibility Statement

At VOOVA & MOVAS (operating via vmtowels.com), we are dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee full and equal access to our website, products, and home textile manufacturing services (including baby hooded towels, bath towels, washcloths, and bathrobes).

1. Our Commitment

We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. To fulfill this promise, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level.

2. Measures to Support Accessibility

VOOVA & MOVAS takes the following proactive measures to ensure high accessibility across our digital platform:

Integrating Accessibility into Design: Embedding accessibility requirements into our website design, content creation, and product display workflows.
Alternative Text (Alt Text): Ensuring product imagery—especially for baby towels, textiles, and custom OEM manufacturing details—includes descriptive alt tags for screen reader users.
Keyboard Navigability: Testing and optimizing our website layout so that essential functionalities (such as navigation menus, search features, and inquiry forms) can be operated using keyboard controls.
Visual Contrast & Typography: Maintaining clear font hierarchy, legibility, and sufficient color contrast between text and background elements.

3. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

VOOVA & MOVAS is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that while the majority of our platform adheres to these accessibility standards, certain components or legacy third-party tools may still undergo continuous optimization to achieve full compliance.

4. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of the VOOVA & MOVAS website relies on the following technologies to work effectively with your web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device:

HTML
WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications)
CSS
JavaScript

5. Known Limitations & Alternative Options

Despite our best efforts to allow anyone to adjust the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of being updated, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. If you experience difficulty accessing any content or require assistance with our baby hooded towels and bath towel product catalogs, please contact us directly, and we will gladly assist you offline.

6. Feedback & Contact Information

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the VOOVA & MOVAS website. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions on how we can improve our user experience:
